I interrupted a chap stocking some shelves today and asked him about a new van battery I needed, and he could not have been more helpful and efficient.He checked the system for the choices and what was avaliable and listened to what I needed, and made a sale, simple and easy, and I left feeling very happy. Thanks Gerard. If only everyone could sell that comfortably as that was the third place I'd tried to buy one since I got into Inverclyde. Thumbs up Halfords Greenock
terrible service, broke a piece off my car, dropped it inside and told me it'll only be a couple of pounds on ebay for me to replace the part they damaged.
Very disappointed with the customer service , ordered a bike for my granddaughters Christmas some weeks ago and was informed we could collect sometime after the 17th , went to collect on 23rd but unfortunately bike had marks on seat and handlebar grip , male staff member was very rude stating that we were informed to collect ON the 17th (which wasn't true), he stated that was the reason why there was marks on bike because it had been built and left in storage , he kept on arguing insinuating we were lying about the collection date , very poor attitude , regardless of his attitude the bike wasn't fit for purpose as a new sale , he grudgingly offered 10% off and mumbled thats all he was prepared do , I suggest halfords should send this rude employee on a customer service training course , we cancelled the purchase and left the store very unhappy .
Excellent customer service, fast and efficient delivery, friendly staff and good value for money. I booked an appointment via Internet in my convenience day and the wait time was right next to the section of works. On time service and very professional staff.
