Disgusting service and customer treatment. Complaint taken to Arnold Clark directors office. Previously returning customer of Arnold Clark...will NEVER use again. 3 year old car damaged numerous times due to incompetence. The saga ensured for over a month until car returned to me in original cosmetic state.During repair of front wiper system right arm "cranked on by somebody" (Words of male employee) resulting in deep scratch on windscreen.While original windscreen being replaced, fitters scratch body work deeply.Abysmal customer service experience from Service manager.Picking up supposedly new windscreen that was widely scratched in at least 5 obvious places.Courtesy car offered which had to be personally picked up in Paisley.Informed car was ready for pick up to find scratch on body repaired but new windscreen yet again scratched in at least 2 places and very easily seen. Front car light was also scratched and needed replaced.Arnold Clark customer service unhelpful this directors officer took up complaint. Still ongoing.I won't rest with this until treated fairly.
Very good sales and servicing garage for Vauxhall & Ford in particular, as they are main dealers for these makes, though they do sell & service other makes too al9ng with second hand and trade in motors. They have very good offers on pre-registered and new models, which are well discounted from book prices. A tad more expensive for Services & MOT's, but the customer service is very good!
Disappointed in my visit. After having been into the shop to make a booking for my appointment and then arriving two days later for an 8am booking, which meant I had to be up at 5am I was informed that they couldn't handle the weight of my pick up and was sent to a branch in Paisley.
This I the third car we've bought from this particular showroom. Our sales manager Ian, was a star. No pressures and amazingly helpful.
Really nice friendly garage, nice forecourt and well laid out showroom....if in ask for Ian very knowledgeable.
