I had to make an emergency appointment here as had no way of getting home to Glasgow to see my usual dentist. When I called it was relatively easy to get an appointment which I found fantastic and the lady on the phone was polite!! However what I wasn't advised on the call (hence the 4 starts rather than 5) was that the emergency appointment was a 'private service' and would therefore cost 60 as a result.... instead this was advised to me by the dentist just as my consultation was commencing.The actual dentist was lovely though and put me at ease,explained what he was going to do throughout. Overall, a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
