I had an appointment at 14.40 the patient transport came to collect me at 08.30! I was at my neighbours leaving the key for her to feed my cat as I was going to spend at least 9 hours at the hospital. At the same time as I was leaving the key patient transport had been and gone.So now I'll wait another 3 or 4 months for another appointment. Which is not going to happen my son is now going to pay BUPA 900 for me to have my MRI scan. As this incompetent hospital will kill me waiting before I get seen
Fast and very efficient nurses and doctor,Ambulance called to transport us to paisley and under the strain on our NHS service just now Really gave us 100%.Thankyou
Brilliant hospital.Saved my life several times. Very grateful.However has no children's department now. So Paisley is recommended for those with kids.
Every time we have been to Inverclyde either for appointment or as a patient we have been treated promptly and courteously by all members of staff
All too often a place where many of us hope not to visit but at times have to. This hospital provides care for thousands throughout the year and is an important part to Inverclyde.Staff are some of the most caring I have met, taking time ensuring that their patients are taken good care of. Additionally there is a cafe, shop and canteen, as well as a number of vending machines. Also not that I am promoting poor health in part of a chance of visiting our hospital but I must say that some of the views from this building are second to none. A great place, there when you need it most.
