Have no faith in royal mail anymore... I live in a 6 block flat we've known our postman for 3 years never fails to deliver even if we're not in he delivers to a neighbour . . Well we got a new postman and this 1 is lazy . Doesn't deliver to neighbours as that's not in his role he sed so did the call centres he also doesn't use the service button... Again not in his role they say. Try to explain we won't be in over next 5 days due to work hense why we paid premium delivery .. There reply was oh well it will. End up being sent back to sender just to repeat the process again and risk damaging our goods absolute joke since went private never answer the telephone and when complain. To call centre they lie and say they'll call you back
Staff have been really friendly any time I've had to come down for a parcel.
Big queue as it's Christmas but the 2 gentlemen staff dealt with it very quickly and efficiently. They were very helpful and friendly aswell which could've been difficult for them because of how busy they were. Definitely a 5 star.
