I have been with inverclyde estate agents for the last 6 years and had nothing but issues with them, in my opinion i find them unproffesional the way they deal with there clients there was numerous times my rent was inserted into a spread sheet wrong i was constantly being mixed up with our next door neighbours rent.Our house had a major damp issue and we were told from Ally we were not airing the property right , absolute mince the house was damp and landlords did not want to deal with the issue.There is no hard wired fire safety system in the house for safety regulations however agency said there was i have pics to prove.Conclusion i would avoid at all cost there are more accomodating estate agents out there that look after there tennants.
