Relaxed atmosphere with amazing views. Staff were very pleasant and nothing was a problem. My Grandson seemed to enjoy the experience too.

My daughter and I have just had the most amazing spa day at Gleddoch today. On arrival the staff on reception were both very welcoming and courteous. We both had massages which were very relaxing. The beauty therapists are very good. We made use of the spa facilities which are very good, clean and well looked after by the leisure staff. We had the most amazing afternoon tea. The food was of a high standard and the service we received was impeccable. A big huge thanks to everyone. We visit the hotel regularly and highly recommend it.
Really nice hotel and high quality room with great spa facilities. The reason for the 3 star rating is just down to our poor experience in the Vista restaurant. Had a table booked for 2030. Once seated we sat 25 minutes without even having a drink order taken. Within that time another 2 tables were seated near us with orders taken. Ended up leaving the restaurant and having to go to a local place in the town for food. Fortunately somewhere managed to squeeze us in. This experience really did take the shine off our stay
