Absolutely shocking, phone Monday morning at 8am for an appointment, eventually get through at 8.36 to be to be told no appointments left and to phone again tomorrow at 8am and try again, asked for a telephone appointment, we don't do them any more was the reply, told them that it was the doctor left a message on my repeat prescription that they wanted to see me, just gave up trying
You can never get an appointment for any of the doctors be it phone or face to face as they are either off or busy wish they would also get their phone line too
Excellent doctors, especially Dr Maurer who goes above and beyond her job. I always receive the best care and attention when I visit the practice. Everyone including all the office staff and receptionists are lovely.
