I find the whole team at the Roxburgh practice very helpful.
I only joined the practice last October i have found the staff at front very helpful polite would give them 5 stars however the first doctor i saw a couple of months ago couldnt get me out the door quick enough she was very unaprochable will not ever make an appt with her again but thankfully i saw a gentleman doctor who is what a doctor should b but have to say when i phoned yesterday i was on phone for 35 mins before anyone answered and the speil you have to listen to for ordering your prescription is a joke and cost far too much time and money on your phone
I have never had a problem with any of the dr's staff
pure joke ove a place . that reception woman is a clown nothing but cheek from her . fones open at 8. on fone from 8. till 8:45 . then told theres no appointments left . get taxis in at 8. 3 times and get told you still cant get 1. have operation to go for in a week but cant see a doctor. and then reception woman says if you dont like go to a diffrent practice. UTTER COW.... if ma operation gets cancled because ove this a will be taken matters further. YOUR A PEN PUSHER NOT A DOCTOR SO STOP ASKING PEOPLE PERSONAL QUESTIONS THAT DONT CONCERNS YOU.....
As said before, the woman who answers the phone for Roxburgh practise is a joke. It says all calls are monitored for training purposes at the start of the call, obviously no1 listens to them. It's been the same old woman for years answering the phones here and her attitude is terrible. how can u get an appointment 10 minutes after the phones open at 8am and somehow they are all gone, but there was only a few available in the first place? That don't make sense as you are told you can't book in advance, so how is majority of appointment booked out and only a few available at 8am? Maybe it's just me but I think this old receptionist takes pleasure of Knockin folk back as I can tell from her tone she likes it, she needs punted and someone more sympathetic and much better telephone manner put in her place, this old dears times up.
